We offer an exchange for a different color, size, or style, a new order will need to be placed with the unwanted item(s) returned for a refund.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please note that any item(s) purchased from our store must be returned for an exchange within 3-5 days after item(s) has been received at the customer’s expense in unused condition in order to be accepted for an exchange. You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping returns

Any item(s) purchased from our store must be returned at the customer’s expense in unused condition in order to receive a refund within 30 days of receiving the shipment. To receive a refund for a returned item(s) please send it to the address below with a copy of the original invoice. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the shipping charges unless the item(s) is faulty or incorrectly shipped.
